Puff printing is a screen printing technique that uses a special ink mixed with a heat-reactive foaming agent. When heated, the ink expands and creates a raised, three-dimensional effect on the fabric, adding a unique tactile element to designs. This technique is popular to print graphics on apparel like t-shirts and hoodies. We never used plastisol inks in this particular print process,
we only used waterbased inks of global level brands.
